  • Handloom Variations: Because our sarees are authentic and masterfully crafted on traditional looms, minor textural variations, slight yarn irregularities, or subtle differences in weaving are natural characteristics of the craft, not defects.

  • Color Display: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - STRICT PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, & RETURN POLICIES

By placing an order on our store, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): All transactions must be fully prepaid at checkout via our authorized secure payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards). We do not accept or process COD orders.

  • No Cancellations or Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately handed over to our checking and dispatch queue. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or amended once placed.

  • All Sales Are Final: In order to maintain the absolute hygiene, pristine condition, and exclusivity of our premium sarees, we enforce a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipments are processed securely and handled by our logistics partner, Delhivery.

  • Pre-Shipping Quality Check: We meticulously inspect every piece to ensure perfection in the weave, zari work, and finishing before it leaves our facility.

  • Delivery Timelines: While we aim for rapid transit via Delhivery, delivery schedules are subject to regional logistics factors. We are not liable for transit delays caused by external shipping factors once the product is handed over to Delhivery, though a live tracking link will be provided for your convenience.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
